Job Description:

The role of the Customer Success Manager is to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our product among partners.

This involves orchestrating efforts to maximize value recognition, providing expert guidance on best use cases, and serving as a trusted consultant to help partners get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive high adoption and usage rates among partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective onboarding and support processes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer success or account management
  • Strong portfolio management and relationship-building skills
  • Technical background, including API documentation reading, HTML, CSS, XML knowledge, and basic data structures understanding
