About the RoleIn this pivotal position, you will spearhead the development and execution of customer engagement strategies to drive business growth. You will be responsible for creating and implementing targeted campaigns across multiple channels to foster high engagement and achieve key objectives such as active player growth, retention, reactivation, and cross-sell.
Key Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive data-driven CRM strategies in collaboration with the HQ team, taking into account local compliance, market conditions, and competition.
- Own the CRM plan and ensure its successful execution.
- Design and execute localized, personalized, and targeted campaigns using relevant customer channels, including onsite messaging, email, messaging, and social media.
- Liaise with the CRM Strategy Team in HQ for fine-tuning automated lifecycle journeys and sharing market insights, competition intelligence, and best practices.
- E nsure campaign execution and delivery align with plans, and all stakeholders are aware of volumes, performance, and outcomes.
- Deploy bonus budget profitably through robust planning, execution, and analysis.
- Analyze historical revenue performance and forecast future program performance.
- Initiate and manage the development process of creatives from brief to delivery, focusing on customer insight and delivering customer engagement and response.
- Lead ongoing segmentation of the customer base to identify insights and target specific customer segments with customized campaigns.
- Identify customer touchpoints and implement the right actions and communications.
- Stay abreast of advertising standards and consumer protection laws and standards in the local market.
- Monitor competitor activity within the local market and report on success.
- Strong experience in CRM, lifecycle management, or marketing, preferably in a technology company.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing campaign strategies based on customer needs and profiles.
- Expertise in extracting customer insights from data.
- Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Solid experience in implementing, driving, and managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in operating CRM tools (Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM) is a plus.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English language skills.
