Job Title: Supply Chain Management Head Brazil

This leadership role oversees regional SCM operations for the Pharmaceutical Division, serving as the primary liaison with LATAM Pharma's commercial organization.

  • Manage regional supply chain activities to ensure high service levels and efficient working capital utilization.
  • Develop strategies to optimize inventory levels for finished products, new introductions, and changes across assigned Brands and countries.
  • Drive proactive management of the supply chain between suppliers and markets to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and stock levels.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hold a University Degree in Pharmacy or a related science field.
  • Pursue post-graduation studies (PhD or MBA) with a focus on SCM for enhanced career prospects.
  • Bring significant experience as a Senior Director/Senior Head in Logistics/Supply Chain roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry experience in the Pharmaceutical Sector, preferably in a large Multinational Company.
  • Proven leadership skills with strategic vision, staff management expertise, and ability to set employee goals and conduct performance reviews.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrate solid experience in leading strategies and/or providing operational support to large business or technology teams.
  • Excel in communication with Business Functions/Stakeholder Management.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish a plus.
