Sales Solution Strategist Role Overview:
This role bridges Sales and Product to drive business growth by identifying strategic opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consultative selling, with strong communication skills in both 'customer language' and 'technical/product language'. They will partner with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, and communicate new solutions for customers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts and win strategic new accounts.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop and launch new solutions that meet customer needs.
- Presentation of technical capabilities and future roadmap in a clear and compelling way to customers and decision-makers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospects: uncovering needs, designing solutions, and managing expectations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (AI, SaaS, travel tech, hospitality marketplaces) to bring fresh ideas to customer conversations.
- Requirements:
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, sales engineering, or solutions consulting, ideally in hospitality, travel tech, or marketplaces.
- Proven track record of consultative selling and closing complex or enterprise-level deals.
- Strong ability to communicate in both 'customer language' and 'technical/product language'. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience driving upsells and cross-sells in existing accounts. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.
