We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Aviation Production Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the focal point for third-party repair demand, including component repair and accessories.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers to provide shipment guidance and ensuring process compliance from door-to-door. You will also coordinate third-party repair production scheduling to support contract/agreed TAT & OTD levels.
In addition, you will analyze production data through our ERP system, identifying trends and metrics to inform leadership decisions. You will also generate metrics and maintain operating dashboards to track performance indicators such as on-time delivery, turn-around times, standard time, and repair yield.
Other responsibilities include identifying production constraints and performance loss based on metrics analysis and providing extended support to GEnx Component Repair production scheduling and interface with GEnx Disassembly & Assembly lines.
">Qualifications/Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a university or college degree (completed or in-process) and intermediate English knowledge (write and speak). Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (macros), is preferred. Familiarity with Spotfire App is also required.
Desired Characteristics:
Advanced knowledge of SAP and previous experience with Lean tools and events are desirable. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude with good interpersonal relationships are essential for success in this role.
