We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our production environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and maintain the production environment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support customers with technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Investigate and debug ETL processes to identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct data quality assurance and analysis using Snowflake, MsSQL, and BigQuery.
- Perform configuration management to ensure consistency across systems.
- Create scalable and robust processes to meet business needs.
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient written and spoken English language skills.
- Strong technical skills with ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Fast learner with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
