Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled professional to partner with directors, executives, and business leaders to define talent identification and management strategies. This involves understanding legal requirements at an execution level to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will work strategically with executive management and HR leadership teams to improve working relationships, build engagement, increase output, attract, and retain talent. Additionally, they will collaborate with senior leaders to provide direction on restructures, transformation efforts, job design, and workforce planning.

  • Demonstrate strong financial acumen and develop an understanding of the organization's brands, products, and functions.
  • Maintain a strong culture and work climate that attracts and motivates staff while driving the HR function's mission.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
  • Advanced or fluent English language skills, with Spanish being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Solid experience as an HRBP and/or in Labor Relations is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation is essential.
  • Analytical profile with strategic vision and strong consultative approach.
  • Previous experience in corporate or industrial environments is desirable.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making, strong analytical skills, project management, communication abilities, critical thinking, flexibility, adaptability, and organizational skills.
