This role involves providing strategic support to various departments within an organization. As a seasoned HR professional, you will act as a trusted resource for employees and leaders on HR-related matters, promoting a positive work culture and fostering employee engagement across sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations: Collaborate with team members and leaders on HR inquiries, policies, and best practices.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in the HR information system and personnel files; ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
- Performance Management: Assist in tracking performance review cycles and developmental plans; help coordinate training sessions and policy rollouts.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in residential property management or a multi-site environment.
- Familiarity with applicable HR laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

A competitive salary range: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year BRL.
