Key Role Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic support and manage multiple projects with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CMO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Provide proactive support on multiple projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation
  • Anticipate the needs of the CMO and take initiative to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in executive-level support and project management, with proficiency in Google Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
