
Salesforce Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Support Analyst to join our team in providing top-notch customer service and support. In this position, you will be responsible for resolving daily support requests from internal and external users efficiently.
- Manage and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Process change requests, including user access modifications and system improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the supportability and operability of our Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to test new developments and system updates.
- Deliver training sessions to ensure correct use of our Salesforce system.
What You Need:
- Strong functional understanding of Salesforce.
- Minimum of 3 years in similar roles; certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration and adaptability within a team environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
