Job Description

Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is on an exciting journey to implement and roll out a next-generation application landscape. Through theSPARK program, we have built and are now deploying a future-proof solution to manage our business. Salesforce is at the heart of this transformation, covering all our customer-facing processes.

We are looking for aSalesforce Support Specialist to join our Salesforce Competence Center. Your mission will be to support our (growing) global user base, manage system administration and data quality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with your team members in support and development, business process experts, and the business key and end users who work in our various Salesforce Clouds (CRM, CPQ, Field Service, ...). In this role, you will report to the Salesforce Competence Center Manager .

Tasks and responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support to users in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Service, aiming for quick resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on system enhancements and escalated issues.
  • Participate in projects to enhance systems and processes.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user maintenance, testing and data quality initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve documentation and training materials.
  • Support initiatives to increase user support efficiency.
  • Safeguard compliance with Atlas Copco IT Group guidelines.
Experience and Educational requirements
  • Proven experience in the Salesforce.com ecosystem ('ADM201 certification is a strong advantage).
  • Good command of English is essential.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and get certified in Salesforce modules (Service, CPQ, Marketing Automation, etc.).
  • Ability to organize and manage daily work while driving continuous improvement.

  • Sao Paulo (Brazil), Zaragoza (Spain), Abu Dhabi (Middle East) or Antwerp (Belgium)
  • Occasional travelling will be required
