Job Description

A Senior Field Service Specialist position responsible for providing service and support of existing customer base in the beer, wine, and spirits industry. This role supports troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and calibration of equipment at customer sites. The Senior Field Service Specialist is also responsible for sales growth, service growth and customer fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and test systems hardware including mechanical, electrical and instrumentation.
  • Troubleshoot, upgrade, and update PLC and HMI software independently.
  • Issue service reports and/or commissioning reports.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High School diploma/GED equivalent plus 5+ years of prior field service experience in a related field or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of prior field service experience.
  • Experience with Automation/PLC instruments, including adjustments and uploading new PLC software.
  • Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Work Environment and Travel
  • This position requires up to 85% flying and/or driving travel, which includes significant overnight stays.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
  • Systems that include mechanical, electrical, and instrument components such as valves, pumps, transmitters, and actuators.
  • SAP experience.
