About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to manage global payroll operations across multiple countries and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Manage payroll for Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Argentina, USA, United Kingdom, Dubai, Hong Kong, and Cayman, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Oversee outsourced employees in collaboration with providers such as Deel, Vistra, Amaris, etc.
- Ensure SOX controls are applied to all payroll processes, including validation of TMF calculations and procedures.
- Partner with internal and external auditors to address audit requirements and resolve compliance issues.
