Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong sense of autonomy and a comprehensive understanding of business and finance. This role involves fostering relationships with various internal stakeholders and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the revenue process through detailed analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, and strategic plans;
  • Examine and interpret operational and renewal data, providing insightful variance analysis and actionable recommendations for informed decision-making;
  • Utilize transactional and other relevant data to uncover underlying trends within the business and offer guidance to leadership;
  • Engage in regional initiatives aimed at process enhancement;
  • Exhibit thought leadership regarding marketing, sales, and customer success data processes and operations;
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and partners throughout the organization;
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses as necessary;

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Background in Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing Operations;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and technologies;
  • Experience in agile work environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology companies or startups;
  • Strong SQL skills;
  • Residing in a vibrant city.

Additional Information

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. We offer a compensatory time off system for additional hours worked. For commuting, we provide transportation vouchers.
