Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of business and finance, with experience in creating and managing relationships with internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the revenue process through analysis and reporting of forecasts, actuals, and plans;
  • Reviewing and analyzing operational and renewal data, providing insightful variance analysis and recommendations to enable effective decision-making;
  • Leveraging transactional and other data to identify underlying trends within the business and providing guidance to business leaders;
  • Participating in regional process improvement initiatives;
  • Demonstrating thought leadership around marketing, sales, and CS data processes and operations;
  • Liaising with various internal stakeholders and partners across the organization;
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis as required;

Requirements

  • Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Experience with Sales/Customer Success/Marketing Ops;
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and technologies;
  • Experience working in agile environments;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in tech companies/startups;
  • Strong SQL skills;
