Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of materials in pallets that require the use of forklifts (manual or electric) for receipt, internal movement, break-down and dispatch processes. This role is sensitive to logistics operations.

• You will execute all processes related to the movement of pallets for receipt and dispatch, including loading and unloading vehicles, and completing relevant documentation for each process.
• You will inspect all separated materials during the 'break-down' process within established deadlines and report any non-compliance in the process.
• You will participate in general inventory counts in the warehouse to assist with material counting.
• You will complete all equipment checklists, ensuring necessary observations for maintenance.
• You will ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Participate in daily and periodic team meetings.
• Your goal will be to develop backup for this function.
• You must comply with existing corporate policies, procedures, and norms, including those related to Quality Management System, Health, Safety, and Environment.
• You are responsible for maintaining equipment, resources, and materials under your responsibility, as well as the work environment.
• Stay updated on your area of expertise and suggest improvements.

• Demonstrated experience in logistics and distribution areas for at least 1 year.
• Middle school diploma.
• Licence to operate forklifts.
• GMP, EHS, Integration Program, Quality Policy, Training according to training matrix.
• Social skills, Agility, Organization.
