Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of goods and materials within our organization.

  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Reporting and Invoicing: You will prepare and send reports and invoices to suppliers and customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Discrepancies and Conferences: You will investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and fiscal inventories, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Correction and Quality Control: You will identify and correct errors in inventory management, ensuring that our products meet quality standards.
  • Warehouse Management: You will oversee the efficient use of warehouse space, optimizing storage and retrieval processes.
  • Supply Chain Interface: You will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Returns and Expedited Shipment: You will manage returns and expedited shipments, ensuring that customers receive their orders promptly.
  • Performance Indicators: You will track and analyze key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Supplier Performance Monitoring: You will monitor supplier performance, taking proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  3. Error Prevention and Correction: Identify and correct errors in inventory management, preventing losses and ensuring accuracy.
  4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes, streamlining operations and reducing costs.
