Job Role

The Product Inventory Specialist role involves ensuring product availability on our automated channels. This includes checking product inventory levels, communicating with machine operators about discrepancies, and verifying product quality.

  • Abastecimento de canais nas linhas automáticas, garantindo que os produtos certos serão dispensados no pedido da consultora de beleza.
  • Responsável pela limpeza e organização da área/equipamentos.
  • Conferir os Canais/Bins (local onde as caixas ficam armazenadas/Caixas aleatoriamente pegando 03 a 05 amostras dos canais) e comunicar o operador do console da máquina sobre as não conformidades.
  • Comunicar e solicitar os códigos faltantes na máquina para o operador do console da máquina para evitar desvio de caixas na área de correção por Short (falta de produtos abastecidos na máquina).
  • Identificar os produtos danificados através de uma avaliação visual e direcionar para o operador do console da máquina tais itens, seguindo o procedimento de tratativas de produtos danificados para que o produto passe pelo processo de reintegração de carga ou seja descartado.
