Technical Assistance Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Assistance Supervisor to join our team in this crucial role. In this position, you will be responsible for executing services and providing technical support to customers, including commissionings, energy & water saving audits, product optimization, and advanced troubleshooting at customer sites.


Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems on specific products, modules, and systems with application and deep product knowledge at customer sites or remotely.
  • Train customers or other Field Service Engineers on advanced product features and capabilities.
  • Execute remote support for customers or own Field Service Engineers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare assigned service jobs according to the FSE Handbook and established procedures.
  • Follow up on actions and promises made to customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Write detailed service reports on site and obtain customer signatures to confirm completion.
  • Update service execution IT systems with relevant information to track progress and improve efficiency.
  • Report unsafe practices and other safety incidents according to local reporting procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales leads to the sales organization to drive business growth.
  • Provide proactive recommendations to customers related to our service portfolio, including upgrades and improvements.
