Property Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated Property Finance Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in the property finance market.

  • Utilize proactive and reactive prospecting methods to engage with potential clients.
  • Develop a robust network through partnerships and relationship building.

You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their property finance options, ensuring that they receive the best possible solution for their needs.

  • Employ open-ended questioning to understand clients' financial and emotional needs.
  • Pre-qualify clients by assessing their background and linking it to credit health reports and affordability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the property finance industry and be able to provide tailored solutions to clients.

  • Provide upfront explanations of situations that need clarity and ensure supporting documents.

A successful Property Finance Consultant will be able to:

  • Clarify all terms and conditions of the final offer to client.
  • Summarize benefits of the product package and all relevant conditions.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about property finance and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
