As a Product Sourcing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business strategies by driving strategic sourcing activities, monitoring market trends, and ensuring supplier relationship management processes are in place.
The Electrolux Group is undergoing continuous transformation, with the Sourcing area at the forefront of this change. Our teams partner with business areas to provide expertise and drive innovation, contributing to the company's success.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing strategic sourcing activities, securing alignment with internal stakeholders, and providing full support to PSO. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to secure alignment and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure alignment with internal stakeholders and provide full support to PSO;
- Execute sourcing strategies, driving initiatives to meet business targets and enhance competitiveness;
- Monitor supplier and business performance, securing NPI deliverables and quality standards;
- Develop and maintain reports and tools for performance tracking and business decision making;
- Lead and support initiatives to simplify and automate capabilities, ensuring corporate governance and housekeeping;
- Active role on Lean Thinking projects and activities;
- MBA Degree;
- Solid experience in procurement and/or business related areas, including team management;
- Fluency in English; Spanish desired;
- Experience working in a multicultural, international environment;
- Strong negotiation skills and Business Acumen;
- Availability for Traveling;
