Customer Success Specialist

This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the maritime industry. As a key point of contact for customers, you will provide commercial guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on product selection and usage.
  • Keep customers informed about order status, surcharges, and relevant changes.
  • Promote sales campaigns and initiatives to customers.
  • Support sales teams during Business Reviews, bringing operational insights.

Key Requirements:
  • Relevant education and/or work experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Interest/experience in the shipping industry and marine products.
  • Strong commercial understanding and sales skills.
  • Excellent networking, interacting, and communication skills.
