We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our car network growth efforts.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to oversee the development of our local dealer network, drive sales growth, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning annual dealer network expansion, defining construction standards, and ensuring showroom setup meets our high standards. Additionally, they will analyze dealer network breakeven points, conduct sales and product training, and manage showroom materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase dealer network growth and profitability
- Define and enforce showroom construction standards to ensure consistency and excellence
- Analyze and optimize dealer network performance to achieve breakeven point targets
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
- Deliver sales and product training to dealerships to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dealer network management at an OEM (management level)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
