Job Title
RHI Magnesita seeks an experienced Talent Management Specialist to lead the implementation of strategic talent management and leadership initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful development programs, conduct talent assessments, and provide coaching and mentoring to leaders.

We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive business outcomes through effective talent management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic talent management plans aligned with business objectives
  • Design and deliver development programs that enhance leadership skills and capabilities
  • Conduct talent assessments and provide recommendations for succession planning
  • Coach and mentor leaders to improve their performance and impact
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving business outcomes through effective talent management practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
