Join John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. as a Graphic Design Specialist and contribute to our mission of advancing life. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating technical training content, monitoring visualization needs, and leading project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced visualization content to support enterprise technical training strategy;
  • Monitor visualization needs requests across product lines and support content development for technical training and technical publications;
  • Lead project teams to gather necessary resources and establish priorities to implement graphics and advanced visualization for training projects and technical publications;
  • Experience in 2D and 3D graphics and advanced visualization content development;
  • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements, define deliverables, and document requirements for graphics and advanced visualization related projects;
  • Achieve and sustain key performance indicators of quality and on-time delivery for assigned graphic and advanced visualization projects;
  • Monitor ongoing project/program status and maintain communications with business unit leadership and affected stakeholders.

Skills You Need:

  • Degree in mechanical engineering, agricultural engineering, agronomy, administration, marketing, or a similar field;
  • Advanced English (broad vocabulary, good grammar, conducts meetings, argues, negotiates, and provides training);
  • Experience proven technical capability on any functional areas like quality, engineering, manufacturing, and/or aftermarket customer/product support;
  • Experience with global teams and cross-functional projects;
  • Hands-on experience in managing advanced visualization using 3D rendering programs;
  • Working experience in gathering data using research tools; applying statistical analysis principles/methodologies to make recommendations;
  • Proficient in interpersonal skills, collaboration, and building working relationships;
  • John Deere product knowledge.

  • Customer/product support experience with dealer/customer interaction regarding products, parts, and services;
  • Knowledge about electrical, hydraulic, and mechanic principles;
  • Agile project management experience;
  • Creativity and advanced visualization related project experience;
  • Technical Training development and delivery, domain, and tools experience;
  • Knowledge applying advanced digital dexterity skills and capabilities to improve business efficiency and speed, such as Python, SQL, machine learning, and/or GenA.
