This role offers a unique opportunity to create innovative healthcare solutions that positively impact patients' and end-users' lives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading product design and architecture, collaborating with global teams and customers, engaging with customer stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and mentoring and coaching team members.

  • Leading Product Design and Architecture: You will lead architectural decisions that shape the future of our healthcare solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with Global Teams and Customers: You will understand their needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Engaging with Customer Stakeholders: You will build strong relationships to maintain a clear and predictable product vision.
  • Identifying and Mitigating Risks: You will detect gaps in architecture, security, deployment, and configuration, proposing solutions to minimize risks and enhance system integrity.
  • Mentoring and Coaching Team Members: You will guide them in resolving complex technical issues and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

We are seeking a highly skilled software architect with extensive experience in software development and architecture, knowledge of cloud and containerization, expertise in healthcare standards like FHIR, openEHR, and SMART on FHIR, visionary architectural skills, agile methodology proficiency, and strong technical skills in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, web development, and design patterns.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience in Software Development and Architecture.
  • Knowledge of Cloud and Containerization.
  • Expertise in Healthcare Standards like FHIR, openEHR, and SMART on FHIR.
  • Visionary Architectural Skills.
  • Agile Methodology Proficiency.
  • Strong Technical Skills in Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Web Development, and Design Patterns.

You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and project managers.
