Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our Off-site Facilitation Center (OFC). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams and ensuring seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the OFC team in providing quality service to all Visa applicants, maintaining compliance with contract provisions, company policies, and governing laws.
  • Implement visa application processes to guarantee accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide detailed reports on predetermined schedules, including monthly templates/reports for Service Level Agreements (SLAs), status reports, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to support OFC operations, addressing performance issues and developing corrective actions.
  • Manage facility-related matters, including physical and personnel security.
  • Manage labor, facility, and expense budgets under the direction of the CSRA Operations Manager, and provide budget estimates as requested.
  • Oversee Information Technology (IT) operations and ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Supervisory experience in People Management, Facility Management, or Vendor Management.
  • Fluency in English (speak, read, write) and Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Able to pass security background investigations, US citizenship not required.
