Job Description

Our Early Career Program in Engineering and Technology is designed to accelerate your professional development through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments.

The program inspires and guides recent graduates through career-shaping experiences, providing opportunities to enhance your engineering or technology-based knowledge and collaborate with customers on developing breakthrough technologies.

As part of our Early Career Program, you will be responsible for participating in intentional and structured career development activities, receiving active coaching and mentoring, and completing formal training in engineering fundamentals.

You will also have the opportunity to network globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders.

Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams is another key aspect of the program.

Additionally, you will participate in international experiences and assignments, allowing you to broaden your horizons and gain valuable exposure to different cultures and environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (or equivalent)
  • Graduated from your Bachelor's degree within the last 36 months
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and effective communication skills
  • Inquisitive and outwardly present a thirst for more knowledge
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying
