Job Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Manager.

This key role will involve leading the Business Acquisition activities for specific prospects, developing and implementing strategies to win tenders, and negotiating agreements with clients and partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing stakeholders, building trustful relationships, and ensuring timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business acquisition strategies to win tenders.
  • Lead the Tender team and coordinate overall efforts to achieve success.
  • Update the Capture Plan and develop the Tender Plan for specific prospects.
  • Manage stakeholders to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Experience in contract management.
