Job Role:
We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an Undergraduate Project Assistant in Sao Paulo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely distribution of safety reports to relevant authorities;
- Maintain accurate project-related trackers and status reports;
- Distribute and track important safety notifications;
- Perform quality control reviews of departmental documents to ensure accuracy;
- Carry out additional tasks as needed to support the team's objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required, with preference given to candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree in life sciences;
- Administrative experience in a business setting is advantageous;
- Previous involvement in audits will be viewed positively;
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential;
- Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for success in this role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required;
- Fluency in English is mandatory for effective communication.
