Job Overview:
">- We are seeking a skilled project support specialist to provide comprehensive assistance for assigned projects and project teams with minimal supervision. These projects typically involve complex tasks and require the ability to work independently while ensuring all work is conducted in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and good clinical practices (GCP).
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining all project documentation, including files, records, and reports according to the scope of work and SOPs.
- They will also assist with periodic review/audit of files for accuracy and completeness, coordinate and track all information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for assigned projects, and update and maintain internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans with project-specific information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- A bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field is highly desirable.
- Typically requires 0 - 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Previous experience managing electronic data capture software would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
