As a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the successful implementation and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. This role requires expertise in leveraging the ServiceNow platform to deliver business value, as well as proficiency in Agile frameworks and ITIL processes.

  1. ">Business Analysis:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for ServiceNow projects.
">Process Improvement:
  • Evaluate current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation through ServiceNow.
">Solution Design:
  • Partner with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
">Configuration Support:
  • Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to align with business requirements.
">Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Develop test plans, conduct testing, and validate ServiceNow functionalities to ensure they meet business and technical objectives.
">Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of ServiceNow applications and features.
">Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, process flows, configuration changes, and user guides.
">Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
">Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancing ServiceNow functionalities and process efficiencies.

Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
