Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop Strategic AI Solutions
    • Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and analytics within client organizations.
    • Quantify the full value potential of AI solutions and detail feasibility pathways to maximize ROI.
    • Architect end-to-end AI solutions combining expertise in data engineering, solution design, and domain-specific knowledge.
    • Secure alignment from executive stakeholders and translate ambitious AI visions into actionable plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
  2. Lead Rapid AI Delivery
    • Partner with AI and ML engineering leaders to oversee project roadmaps and ensure iterative versioning, pilot rollouts, and timely stakeholder updates.
    • Collaborate closely with business leaders to co-own solutions and drive a balanced approach to problem-solving.
    • Augment client teams by providing change management and AI expertise to ensure full realization of value and adoption of best practices.
  3. Expand Thought Leadership & External Network
    • Publish and present on cutting-edge AI methods and industry insights.
    • Build an external network of AI experts and industry leaders to keep the firm at the forefront of emerging AI trends.
  4. Innovate & Scale the AI Operating Model
    • Develop new delivery frameworks and methodologies to enhance the speed and consistency of AI project execution.
    • Mentor junior colleagues and provide technical guidance to foster a robust, forward-thinking AI community.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 8+ years leading data-driven strategies and delivering measurable outcomes in financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI use cases and open source LLM models.
  • Thought leadership and publication history in recognized industry settings.
  • Excellent executive-level presentation skills and ability to translate complex AI concepts.
  • Agile mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies.
