Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative products and services. We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in São Paulo.
About the Role
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and internal teams. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving software and infrastructure issues, as well as verifying and documenting bugs for tracking and escalation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans for new products and projects.
- Work with trusted vendors to resolve service events.
- Collaborate with other software development engineers on process enhancements and code reviews.
- Provide L2/L3 support in a tech-driven business.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and coordinate with development teams.
- Be an expert in Ebury's products and services.
Your Background
- Experience providing technical support in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient problem-solving skills and strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Software development experience with Python and Django.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud and Linux administration.
Valuable Extra Skills
- Experience with Agile Methodologies and Continuous Integration.
- Knowledge of common frontend languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with tooling to manipulate data in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Celery, and Redis.
- Knowledge of money flows in a fintech environment.
- Salesforce Administration.
