Customer Success Specialist

LegalSight is a pioneering legal services firm at the forefront of innovation, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions for the global market. We are currently expanding our team specializing in immigration case management systems, designed to streamline the immigration process for our clients.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this administrative role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and account configuration tasks. Key duties include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to clients throughout the account setup process.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Inputting client information accurately and efficiently into our software system for account setup.
  • Performing administrative configuration tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be available to work in the east coast U.S. time zone. We are looking for two candidates: one who can work Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time and another who can work Monday – Friday 11:00am – 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the account setup process, addressing any questions or issues they may have.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Input client information accurately and efficiently into our software system for account setup.
  • Perform administrative configuration tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and configuration.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies with client data to the appropriate team members for resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
