About the Role

With your expertise and collaboration skills, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with client stakeholders to optimize business operations and infrastructure. Your technical acumen will enable you to understand and maintain high-quality incorporation of Trustly within client environments.

  • Develop and foster strong technical and operational partnerships with clients to drive business value and growth.
  • Understand and maintain high-quality implementation of Trustly solutions within client environments.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify and drive new feature requests.
  • Engage with clients to overcome technical obstacles and increase adoption.
  • Lead quarterly operational summits to strengthen relationships and address technical needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute Partner events and launches.
  • Provide technical support, consulting, and best practices to Partners and internal teams on post-integration issues.
  • Identify and resolve irregularities in functionality through proactive monitoring and transaction reviews.

The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise-level client-facing work, API support, and the ability to explain complex concepts to clients.
