We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to support the delivery of strategic initiatives.

This role is key to ensuring alignment with industry best practices and governance standards across the entire project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in project management, preferably within technology environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects.
  • Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) in standardizing and continuously improving project methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices, and status reports.

The successful candidate will ensure project compliance with IT governance policies and information security standards.

They will also apply Agile frameworks to enhance delivery efficiency and promote continuous value creation.

Other essential qualifications include:

  • Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proven experience working with both traditional methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile frameworks.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE A POSTGRADUATE DEGREE OR MBA IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, AND/OR AGILE METHODOLOGIES, AND EXPERIENCE WORKING ON INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS.
