Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on the role of Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with cross-functional teams and has experience in implementing complex projects from start to finish.

About this Opportunity:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing gift card and registry project implementations, including contract signing to launch. Additionally, they will manage retail and merchant projects, physical card production processes with partner printers, and monitor new customer demands from different areas of the company. The ideal candidate will also conduct training sessions on the system with new customers and propose process improvements in project implementation.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have a strong foundation in project organization and documentation skills, written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of agile project management methodologies, and intermediate excel skills. They must also be in the penultimate or last year of their Production Engineering, Administration, or related courses, and have intermediate English proficiency.
