Launch IT Services a dedicated solution for third party technicians used by MSP's for IT Field Service needs, partnering with leading Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and enterprise clients. As an Operations Coordinator, you will manage and coordinate daily operational tasks, directly impacting client satisfaction, business profitability, and the growth of our service capabilities. Your ability to maintain clarity, structure, and efficiency in operations ensures smooth job execution and contributes significantly to company profitability and client satisfaction.Core Responsibilities:
A. Securing and Managing Work Orders:
Secure work orders and job assignments on Work Market (WM), Field Nation (FN), and via direct client dispatch through email/phone for a pod of technicians ensuring profitability and performance targets are hit for each. Maximize profitability through negotiation of work order rates and terms to optimize revenue and profit. Respond promptly to calls and messages regarding applications and availability. Manage client-specific dispatches and maintain professional client interactions.C. Pre-work Coordination:
Answer and coordinate incoming calls from clients and technicians regarding specific tickets. Conduct any necessary job confirmations a day before the scheduled assignment. Confirm technician readiness, addressing their questions and ensuring they have all necessary tools and materials (ordering supplies as needed for their pickup). Create detailed internal Work Orders based on client-provided assignments. Develop step-by-step checklists for technicians, providing all necessary files and guides.D. Job Close-out Procedures:
Close out jobs on the client's platform (WM/FN) AND in our internal CRM. Collect and verify technician-provided notes, photos, and signed Work Orders. Promptly upload deliverables, submit necessary budget increases, and manage timely approvals. Track and ensure payments are collected and we are meeting profitability targets per technician (You earn uncapped profit share above the target.)\ E. Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed internal reporting to provide clear insights to executive leadership. Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation, capturing client-specific site details, processes, and issue resolutions for our knowledge base. Analyze profit and loss (P/L) data for your operational pod. Create and refine SOPs based on recurring job types and client-specific requirements.Qualifications:
Exceptional conversational English skills (C2 Preferred) Infectious energy, bubbly personality and positivity are a must Excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking capabilities with keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment. Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional and regular communication with supervisor in CENTRAL STANDARD TIME (US).Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with IT Field Service Providers, MSPs, or ITS-related businesses. Familiarity with technical platforms and solutions (hardware, software, infrastructure, AI).
