Lead Technical Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple complex projects in agile environments and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve project goals, providing guidance on Agile principles and best practices.
  • Analyze project metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from developers to executives, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and managing multiple complex projects in Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
  • Project and process management skills, including industry-standard project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS SharePoint, Webex, and MS Office/Project.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and distributed project teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to deal with challenging team members and personnel issues, including co-management of team members when necessary.
