We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
About the Role- Provide administrative support to the Support Center Lead and Coordinator, including handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks, such as processing payments, managing inventory, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage the internal portal for SC Brazil, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of the monthly newsletter, working closely with the Communication Crew.
- Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Support Center Coordinator on various projects and initiatives, providing support and expertise as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and managers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
