We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, leading cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with revenue goals.
- Campaign Execution: Lead multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid social, content marketing, email, website) to generate and nurture leads.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage high-performing marketing teams, including campaign development, execution, and optimization.
- Proven track record of success in B2B demand gen/ABM/integrated campaigns with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Hands-on skill in HubSpot (or Marketo/Pardot), Salesforce, LinkedIn/Google Ads, GA, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical chops; ability to turn funnel data into actionable insights.
- Sharp writing and storytelling skills; comfortable crafting copy for both executive and technical audiences.
