At DuPont, we are working on things that matter; whether it's providing clean water to more than a billion people on the planet, producing materials that are essential in everyday technology devices from smartphones to electric vehicles, or protecting workers around the world.

We are looking for a Sales professional with a challenging and hunter mindset to identify and execute growth initiatives for the Defense Business in Brazil, where they will be geographically based. The person in this role will work with key accounts to drive profitable growth for our global business, as well as developing sustainable relationships with key end-users, aligned with the LA Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regional sales opportunity pipeline execution
  • Accountable to ensure execution of accurate sales forecast
  • Develop, challenge and manage sustainable relationships with End-Users
  • Differential management of the business to maximize Enterprise Value
  • Local execution of global initiatives, been a protagonist in transformational culture initiatives
  • Represent DuPont's interests at standard and association meetings
  • Development of high-growth projects, analysis and implementation of new business models within the segment
  • Develop/Implement account plans to key end-users & negotiate offerings to ensure right fit.
  • Negotiate contracts, price changes, sales deals & other programs
  • Support creation, manage & negotiate growth marketing programs
  • Facilitate relationships between all levels of DuPont & customer.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business administration or similar fields.
  • Relevant experience with Sales or as agent to influence strategic Sales in a global corporate environment is a must.
  • Results Oriented: military, law enforcement, or advanced materials experience a plus.
  • Capable of stablishing high level global connections with internal and external stakeholders, including connecting to all levels of professionals in the industry, including C-Level executives.
  • Independent and solution driven professional, continually hunting for business growth impact.
  • Good understanding of both private and public sector market (B2B), to lead a Technical Sale.
  • Learning agility and great communication skills with small and large audiences, with the capability to simplify the explanation of complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with sales pipeline/opportunity management tools.
  • Highly autonomous with the ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Strong professional presence, business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Drive the Challenger sales approach within the sales team.
  • Fluent in English and advanced Spanish
