Job Summary:
Corteva seeks a skilled Business Development Executive to lead and manage the activities of a sales team. This role is responsible for driving new account development and expanding business sales to existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales and profit goals for the territory, including identifying and establishing new customer relationships.
- Administer sales policies and programs to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and sell custom offerings, leveraging expertise in products and services to drive business growth.
