A key role in the growth of our cloud ERP solutions company, focusing on building long-term relationships with partners and driving business growth through strategic sales pipeline development.
Responsibilities:- Engage with partners to create and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Develop and drive campaigns and events to grow sales pipelines effectively.
- Conduct enablement activities to activate new partners during thorough training sessions.
- Support partners throughout the sales cycle, assisting them in closing deals and providing ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate data within our CRM for informed reporting and meet established sales revenue targets.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in complex sales of business applications, preferably within the ERP space.
- Previous experience working in Channel organizations with frontline experience highly preferred.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with domestic and international clients essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
- Experience in customer relationship management and a proven track record of building rapport with clients.
- Ability to work effectively alongside both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and recruiting top talent for the organization.
