Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and adept at gathering and analyzing information online while confidently engaging prospects over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to gauge interest in active commercial real estate opportunities and nurture them toward further discussions.
  • Coordinate meetings between qualified capital providers and senior team members, ensuring seamless handoffs for follow-up discussions.
  • Conduct introductory calls with lenders and investors to capture high-level criteria, including preferred loan types, deal sizes, and geographic focus areas.
  • Review lender websites, industry databases, and online resources to identify, update, and validate current lending programs and parameters.
  • Update existing capital provider investment parameters in our CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members to align outreach efforts with active deals and capital-raising initiatives.
  • Prepare and share weekly progress updates on outreach activities, database updates, and key findings from conversations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, lender activity, market conditions, and competitor movements within the U.S. commercial real estate sector; provide valuable insights to the team.
