Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining focus on safety by training, developing and coaching vendors. They will also deliver a high level of equipment availability by ensuring all preventative and corrective maintenance is conducted and internal processes and procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate will have experience with reliability program management, budget responsibilities, supplier management, problem solving, and client/customer relations. Additionally, they should have knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures, industrial electrical, industrial controls, and industrial electronics & robotics.

About the Job

  • Manage, support and mentor a team of vendors to ensure they are working in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
  • Work with the team and wider network to harness technical expertise available and build solutions.
  • Support the Reliability Engineering Manager as they implement, record and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a high level of equipment availability.
  • Organize local projects or support BR level projects as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Reliability Program Manager or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Experience with computers, including MS Excel, Word and Office
  • Fluent English Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Team management experience
  • Problem solving and client/customer relations skills
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and industrial technologies
