Campaign Monitoring and Support Specialist

About the Role

  • We seek an experienced Campaign Monitoring and Support Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring daily campaign execution, identifying failures, and resolving them efficiently.
  • The successful candidate will set up schedules using various scheduling platforms, define job plans, set up dependencies, priorities, and monitor daily job executions.
  • Utilizing ticket management systems such as JIRA & Autotask to pick up and work on incoming requests.
  • Using SQL and Unix shell scripts to troubleshoot issues, read logs, and identify reasons for failures.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on issues, root cause analysis, and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage schedules using scheduling platforms

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT or a related field
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in IT
  • Strong experience in SQL and relational databases
  • Experience using ticketing systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent coordination and command of English language
  • Marketing Automation tool knowledge is an advantage
  • Adobe support experience is preferred
