Project Management Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead the implementation of large-scale software solutions globally. This individual will work with multiple teams, including clients, internal and external vendors, and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience working on complex software implementations. They will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale software implementations globally.
  • Work with Workforce Dimensions and/or Dell Boomi.
  • Implement Timekeeping, Accruals & Attendance modules.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Work at all levels within a client organisation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of project management experience.
  • English Advanced (B2-C1).
  • Experience with Kronos and UKG Pro Workforce Management is highly desirable.
  • Build consensus, juggle multiple tasks and resources on a project.
  • Understand how applications work together technically and functionally.
  • Communicate risks and client expectations effectively.
  • Develop and manage project plans at a detailed level.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP Certification.
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency.
