We are seeking a seasoned IT Change Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and executing unified change management strategies across large-scale IT ecosystems.

This role involves leading impact assessments, business readiness checks, and stakeholder engagement planning to ensure seamless implementation of IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and evolving requirements.

A key aspect of this role is delivering structured communications, training, and enablement plans for end-users across functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in Prosci, ACMP, or comparable change management methodology.
  • Extensive experience leading change in large-scale IT programs, including ERP (SAP preferred).

The selected candidate will work closely with technical leads, program managers, and senior stakeholders to align change milestones with deployment timelines.

They will also measure adoption and engagement using data-driven feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
